REQUEST A DREAM PROGRAM
This program is available for recipients, with limited resources, who are unable to accomplish a dream for themselves. To request a dream, a potential recipient should review the Dream Granting Guidelines prior to completing the application. See Dream Request page.

DREAMS DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE TRAVEL
They can include a shopping trip, day at the spa, night out on the town, assistance with mobility, and/or an activity or stay within Alaska.

If you dream it, we will do our best to make it come true!!

TRAVEL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (COMING SOON)
This program will be available for recipients and for residents of Alaska. The travel assistance will be limited to two (2) immediate family members and will include the following:

• Travel assistance for immediate family members to come to Alaska to visit recipient.
• Travel assistance for Alaskans to visit family member in another state.

DREAM SERVICES
The Dream Lives On also provides a variety of services for individuals that are not able to travel due to medical commitments and/or restrictions. Our organization has created some unique services to compliment the needs of Alaskans. These services include:

• JUST A CALL AWAY
  The Just A Call Away service is a phone card program. The recipient will receive donated phone cards. It’s our way of helping the recipient stay in touch with their loved ones during this difficult time.
   

• DINNER IN (COMING SOON)
  The Dinner In service is created to provide pre-cooked meals for families to use and to be able to freeze for use at a later date. Meals will be professional prepared and will take into account any dietary restrictions.
   

• VIDEO LEGACY
  The Video Legacy service will provide recipients an opportunity to create a video legacy for those left behind. We will provide the video equipment, video operator, and final professional video. A Hospice volunteer will facilitate the filming.
   

• POWER OF FLOWERS
  The Power of Flowers service is a volunteer program. The recipient will receive a bouquet of fresh, colorful, beautiful flowers delivered by a volunteer. Our goal is to let these remarkable individuals know that their community cares about them and that they are not forgotten.
  
  The Power of Flowers program does not require an application. If you would like to request a special deliver, please contact our organization at (907) 250-2961.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
Our goal is to provide an experience that a family will have forever in their hearts while releasing them from the stress and worry that is associated with the holidays. Program includes:

• Thanksgiving Dinner ~ includes a pre-cooked meal from a local store.
   

• Christmas Dinner & Gifts ~ includes a pre-cooked meal from a local store and presents to children living in the household.
